How drivers work→How it works
Post or find work, connect, manage, then confirm delivery.
01
Dealers post collection and delivery details, vehicles and dates. Transporters browse open work and spare capacity.
02
Transporters quote or accept the movement. Dealers award the work to the operator who will complete it.
03
Follow collection, transit and delivery on one record. Transporters assign professional drivers to each vehicle.
04
Proof of collection and proof of delivery, with photographs, close the job so the dealer does not reconstruct handover from messages.
Use cases
Move vehicles between dealership locations as an internal transfer or a dealer swap.

Open page →Why VMove
01
Collection, delivery, vehicles, quotes, status and proof sit together. Coordinators stop reconstructing the job from emails.
02
Dealers post work. Transporters quote and complete it. Professional drivers are assigned by those operators — not sold a fake third signup.
03
Return jobs and listed subcontract work exist in the product so empty return legs can carry another movement when the route fits.
04
VMove does not publish competitor-style volumes or savings percentages. The difference is the workflow, not a borrowed statistic.
The platform
The product tools dealers and transporters actually use to run a movement — without invented network counts.

The app
Product proof
VMove does not publish movement volumes or provider counts on this website. These are the capabilities the platform actually has.
01
Collection, delivery, vehicles, dates and notes live on a single job — including internal transfers, dealer swaps and customer deliveries.
02
Operators quote on dealer jobs and can work return or subcontract listings when they have spare capacity.
03
Drivers are added by the transporter and assigned per vehicle. They are not a third public signup role.

VMove is a UK vehicle movement platform. Dealers post collection and delivery work. Transporters quote, accept and complete that work. Professional drivers complete assigned vehicles as part of a transporter team.
VMove is built for vehicle dealers, transporters and fleet operators, and the professional drivers those operators assign to jobs. There is no separate independent-driver login today — drivers work inside a transporter account.
Yes. Movements can be posted and fulfilled throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — including dealer transfers, auction collections, customer deliveries and return journeys.
A dealer posts collection and delivery details, vehicle information and any special requirements. Transporters can then quote or accept the job. Status, proof of collection and proof of delivery sit on the same movement record.
Registered transporters can browse dealer movements, submit quotes, and list return or subcontract work when they have spare capacity. They assign drivers from their own team to each vehicle when a job is accepted.
At minimum: collection and delivery locations, requested dates, vehicle registration or identification, and any access or handling notes. Proof of collection and proof of delivery are captured against the job.
No. You can use VMove without a long-term billing commitment. Accepted jobs still need to be completed.
Dealers choose how a movement is priced and paid through the platform — including quote or fixed-price jobs. Transporters complete proof of delivery against the job record. VMove does not publish a payment-day SLA on this website.
Start as a dealer or a transporter. Professional drivers complete assigned work through the operator they already drive for.
